Review your private workload signal and choose whether to join quality-focused team challenges.
Your individual signal stays privateOnly you can read your workload-strain details. Managers can see a team aggregate only after at least five people are represented, and individual strain is excluded from performance exports.
Private workload signal
Computed from your active work and activity during the last 14 days.
Team challenges
Participation is voluntary. Challenges reward reviewed quality—not speed or raw ticket volume.
