Accessibility statement

SageWM ITSM is a multi-tenant IT service management SaaS operated by HDPulseAI. We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to perceive, understand, operate, and obtain value from the service. This statement describes the service in an accessible form and how the applicable accessibility requirements are met, and it stays available for as long as the service operates. It was last reviewed on 2026-09-08.

General description of the service

SageWM ITSM is a responsive web application for managing incidents, problems, changes, configuration, service levels, and knowledge. It is delivered through a browser on desktop and mobile, with no native client required. It provides a keyboard-operable workbench, a governed AI assistant with a manual path for every action, and role-based access for operators, administrators, and tenant members.

Accessibility level and applicable requirements

The workbench targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the fleet conformance floor and tracks the WCAG 2.2 traceability matrix, keyboard-focus and reflow evidence, screen-reader smoke passes, and an OpenACR/VPAT audit packet. The assistive-technology combinations we support (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack with keyboard) are listed in our assistive-technology support matrix. The European Accessibility Act Annex I requirements, applied through EN 301 549, are met to the AA level described in those evidence records; this statement is the Annex V service information that accompanies that conformance.

Reporting a barrier (feedback channel)

If you encounter a barrier, tell us through the accessibility feedback channel at accessibility@hdpulseai.com. Please describe the task you were trying to complete, the assistive technology and browser you used, and where it happened. We acknowledge accessibility feedback, track the open age and time-to-first-response of each report as an aging metric, and prioritize remediation through our release process.

This preview page summarizes our posture. The governing, versioned accessibility statement and the assistive-technology support matrix are published for your organization at sageaiapps.com and provided during onboarding.
